With all the rain and storms and losing power, this is already started out to be a confusing day! I forgot my water bottle on the drive in and as soon as I realized it, I was PARCHED! LOL. So 2 cups of herb tea will have to do!

Well, today the carbs really were off the charts..The salisbury steak is loaded with it, the pear (which is good carbs) has plenty..the sandwich thin is high..
I had all my vitamins and more than my normal fluids..

Didn't exercise too much i tried to walk around alittle and did walk across the flooded parking lot...soaked my feet and was miserable while they dried out...Still, I can do better. I'll try again tomorrow. Keep trying. That's all I can do. I may never get it right but I keep trying..

I tried my best to stay very busy so I wouldn't' drive myself crazy in the house. I had my second round of iron infusion and I didn't get sick this time. It lasted 2 hours then I took a short walk in the park. When I got home, I took a short nap, watched tv, worked on a scrapbook and cleaned out my junk drawer.

I made sure I got my protein in today. I've noticed a lot of hair in my comb and brush the last couple of days. I gotta stay on top of this!

Those junk drawers can be TOXIC! and if you were my sister, you'd have a months' worth of organization jobs. I swear, every single drawer in her kitchen is a junk drawer! I try and keep it down to one junk drawer in each room...so that's several throughout the house including the bathrooms! Try under the sinks! OM Lord what a mess...
I'm so glad you kept busy today. It works. I'm sorry to hear about the hair...that can be really depressing..Do you take biotin? I have since surgery. I'm not sure if it's worked or not but I still take it. I finally just had a bunch of it cut off! It's growing back now and getting long.
