Oh I was snacky today!

Breakfast: 1/2 serving of protein pancakes

2Breakfast: 2 eggs, cottage cheese, 2 slices rye toast without the crust

Lunch: 1/2 serving of protein pancakes

dinner: 2 corn tortillas, 3 oz chicken breast roasted, 3 T marinara Sauce, 1 slice processed cheddar cheese

The snacking was on a serving of sugar free blueberry muffin bread and mini gherkins...I just really munched on pickles all day long...weird, isn't it? But they tasted SO good. I actually figured about 10 of those little bad boys today..spaced out..

For dessert, I have 1/3 of that chocolate microwave sugar free cake..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1377
Fat: 61.7
Carbs: 128.9
Protein: 99.8

Still, all in all it was pretty good.

OMG, I just want to EAT, EAT, EAT!  Reading yalls menu's make my stomach do flips. Everything sounds so good. I feel how I felt freshly post op. Chew, chew, chew. I get full after 1/4 cup and anything too heavy, makes me puke. OK, sorry for being a cry baby!

Oh you have every reason to whine about what you've been through...it's really really tough to start over..especially when it's not your choosing...

Hang in there. the shrimp sure sounds good. Are you doing protein shakes too? I did a review of CarbThin from netrition...I made it into protein lo-carb waffles but the label says it even makes a protein drink...

Keep after it...baby steps..pretty soon you won't know where the time went...
