snack   kashi fruit &grain bar

lunch lean cuisine chicken panini 

snack    100cal coco almonds, 1light string cheese

dinner 3 oz boneless chicken red bliss potato, mixed veggies

snack   vitia 100 cal treat

toaday's fluids so far  3cups coffee w /ff cream      20 oz water

50min cardio

calories 1279 protein 82 carbs 151  took all my suppliments

Not a bad day here either..I didn't have hardly any carbs until tonight...

Started out the day with a bottle of water, then a cup of coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

Breakfast was 2 eggs, 3 oz steak, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 2 slices rye toast with no crust...I almost always forget to add that toast in my fitday calcs but I remembered this time.

Lunch: 1 sandwich thin with 3 oz turkey breast and 3 Tablespoons of marinara sauce, 1 slice of swiss cheese..

Dinner: 4 oz steak, 1/3 cup baked yam, 1/3 cup mixed veggies

Dessert: Microwave chocolate (sugar free) cake

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1306
Fat: 55.6
Carbs: 80.4
Protein: 121.3

Hiya ladies.

Saturday's Food

Breakfast:
Diet hot chocolate made w/ 8 oz  FF milk
FF Yogart

Snack: 
SF Jello

Lunch: 
Protein shake

Snack: 
1/2 can of light veggie soup

Dinner:
String cheese
FF Yogart

Snack:
4 saltines w/ RF pb on top

I can eat solid foods again on Monday, I cant wait because I'm loosing too much weight. I don't like how slim my face looks right now.

I was going to ask if you were dropping weight..I figured you might. You can do some protein smoothies and keep up the calories but I figure you will drop some..

Keep after it..it will adjust out. See ya.
