This time next week I'll be in Arizona...so I won't be journaling my foods Thursday and Friday...  

Friday list:  

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with sf syrup

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Berry Hydration

8:00 am 5 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 3 thin slices turkey deli meat (half serving)

9:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with 4 oz dannon yogurt

10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

12:15 pm leftovers in the form of turkey and gravy (about a cup) and about a half cup of frozen mixed vegetables, cooked. Also 2 Tablespoons of Soy Butter (from a spoon).

12:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

3:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Peach Tea

4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Peach Tea

5:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch

6:00 pm 2 beef tacos with refried beans and corn tortillas

7:30 pm 1 more beef taco with refried beans and corn tortilla (instead of dessert).

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1597
Fat: 71.6
Carbs: 117.5
Protein: 137.8

Not too bad..I did okay. How did you do?

Bad eating day! I will be on track tomorrow! I was fairly good all week and then today I was not prepared for anything!
B-Mcdonalds egg mcmuffin w top muffin thrown away
L-1/2 french dip w top bun removed-this was a messy way to eat!; brie cheese w apples;yum!
D-1/2 sandwich w top bun removed, cup veg soup and a cookie from Panera bread
Went down hill from here
S-1/2 bag chips(single serving not family size)
S-kids burger w top bun removed and almost a whole serving of a small french fries
Not as bad as I thought now that I wrote it down but I am so nauseated from the fries. Five years later you would think I know better!
No exercise but ran really well yesterday. Almost 4 miles with a few very short stops to walk and catch my breath. I am pretty bruised from a fall on Monday so I took Tuesday and Wednesday off. I have been kind of short on my water this week. I will get back on that as well. I keep getting foot cramps today and I know itis from lack of water. I am grocery shopping tomorrow so the house will be full of good choices and I will stock my fridge at work as well.
Glad your little runaway is back; do dogs get dementia? Maybe he is forgetting where home is.
Kay- I hope you are feeling better; take it easy!

I do think dogs get dementia. Bandit is about 8, we think, but the pound doesn't really know. They're just wanting to find a dog a home so if they "fudge" alittle on the age...He's better able to run around now. Not so fat. So because he can wander, he does. Maybe I need to fatten him up? 

French fries, I'm not sure why I want them but I always do. I can't always eat them.

I think it's been over 30 years since I've been to Scottsdale..so I don't know. I looked up all the Diners, Drive-ins and Dives from Foodnetwork to see what was in Phoenix and also looked up Cracker Barrel. We used to eat there when on the road but that was PRE-Surgery...we just have to see how well it works now. I can let you know next weekend though...Next weekend, we'll be back from there..

On a different note. My daughter is Holly Elizabeth..call her Holly Beth all the time. LOL. Just cool info!
