The rest of the office is in a training session all day. I'm all by myself, which means I can't just jump up and walk somewhere...and that also means I SO want to get up and walk...It's funny what our heads do to us!   My eats Thursday:  
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with sf syrup
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Berry Hydration
8:00 am 5 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with cherry Dannon Fit n Light Yogurt...
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
10:45 am 2.5 oz chicken breast with about a tablespoon of marinara sauce, 1 slice swiss cheese on a sandwich thin
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Caffeinated
12:30 pm 1 oz mozzarella cheese sticks, 1/2 serving of turkey deli meat
1:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Caffeinate
1:45 pm 1 small tangerine raw
2:25 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:35 pm 1 package Chef Jay Protein Cookies (Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter)
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Peach Tea

6:15 pm 4.5 oz grilled steak, 1/3 cup baked yams

I figure I'm done for the night..

I did alright...all my vitamins, all my water..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Hello ladies
I never never thought i'd say this but... I  MISS GOING TO WORK! I am crazy bored. Naps, internet, short walks to help the gas, tv and more internet. That's the story of my life since surgery.

My good eats..

B: 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese

S: 1/4 cup of refried beans

L:1/2 cup of pork and steamed cabbage ( cooked very soft and took forever to eat)

S:FF Yogurt

S: Tangerine

D: 1 egg scrambled w/ ham & cheese

S: 1/4 Cup of NSA chocolate ice cream

ALL my vitamins but not enough water. I'm sipping away now

Oh, you have it BAD! I had to find some sort of hobby like sewing or scrapbooking..You can't clean house, you can't garden (well, indoor gardening isn't too much)..Crosswords? 

I'm so sorry but I completely understand. When dh puts on really old movies (and I have ants in my pants) I have to do something. I found that I can set up my scrapbooking stuff in the kitchen on all the counters and table and stand up to scrapbook. It's a project I'd been putting off for years. I have all the stickers and decorations, paper and scissors, pens. No more excuses. So now instead of 9 years behind, I'm started on 2009 and I'm finally going to do all my ancestor pages too..

I also do genealogy on ancestry.com...It's my favorite hobby but I have to sit for long periods to do it and, again, ants in my pants..

You did good on your list..These things take time..you have plenty of time. See ya.
