Accountability - Wednesday
What a way to start a day! No power at 3 am...up at 5 am and still no power. Coffee by camp coffee pot and candle light..LOL. That sort of shortens what you can fix for breakfast:
5:30 am 10 oz cofffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:45 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup fine grain tvp, 1 cup soy milk, splash of toasted marshmallow sf syrup, 3 small turkey sausage
7:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:45 am 1/2 serving of turkey deli meat (no cheese today. I guess I couldnt' find it in the dark fridge!)
10:30 am 1 small raw pear
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger, wrapped in lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and thousand island dressing..plus part of my husband's hamburger bun
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Caffeinated
2:30 pm 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 oz ****tail sauce
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry Kiwi
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Peach Tea 6:30 pm turkey and gravy dinner, 1 cup salad greens and thousand island dressing
And I got a phone call this afternoon. That little wandering Mutt, Bandit, came home about 15 minutes after my husband drug the road. He always drags the road after it rains so that the smoother will be smoother..The little bugger must have a hiding place somewhere on my husband's route because he ate like CRAZY when he got home..Hubby wants to cut one of his feet off. That'll keep him in the yard..LOL. j/k

Since surgery, i get full really fast so I don't eat much at one time but I do have several small meals/snacks
Yesterday...
1 scrambled egg w/ cheese
8 oz NSA apple juice
1 SF jello cup
1/4 Cup of refried beans w/ cheese
8 oz NSA apple juicee
1 SF jello cup
4 saltine crackers w/ a lil low carb pb on each
Fat free yogart
1 slice of RFcheese
That's it for me
I honestly don't think it takes very long for the pouch to shrink at all...that's why the five day pouch test seems to work so well. And when I feel out of control and like i'm eating way too much, I just don't eat for a day and stick to liquids...the ol pouch shrinks and lets me know when I'm eating more than I should. Kind of a pouch "reset"
Small meals or snacks more often can't hurt. It actually is better for you. Take it easy! slowly, you'll get back to normal. I hope you don't lose too much weight!

Wow...Way to go getting back on track...You know, journaling your foods really is an eye opener..Carbs really creep up on you..lower the carbs and raise the protein, increase the water. Easy enough but you HAVE to know where you ARE first...

This week has been a good week for me I am planning better & making healthy choices. I even made it to the gym Tuesday. I don’t think I am going to make it to the gym tonight but will do an aerobics DVD when I get home. I am currently an even 200lbs and look forward to it going into the 100’s. People are telling me how good I look now & that I don’t need to lose anymore weight. I guess that they are thinking of how big I was before but I sure do need the scale to come down some more because what someone looks like out of their cloths is a totally different story.

When people told me that I'd lost enough, I still had 40 pounds left to lose...They don't know. They are used to how you used to look and anything smaller is alarming to them..
