lunch    4oz tuna side salad with light french dressing, 1/2 cup ministrone soup

snack  1 string cheese  100cal coco almonds

dinner  3oz boneless chicken  1/2 sweet potato

snack   skinney cow ice cream bar

1 hour body sculting

cal 1108   protein 93 carbs

i had a good day and had alot of energry   just wondering i am having enough calories a day because of my exercising i will weight myself on friday.
