I would call this an oops day..I totally forgot all my vitamins and got about half my water..not even half.

Pre -B: 24 oz drink mix, 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

B: 2 cups of coffee w/splenda and creamer, 3 egg omelet (you'll notice no PRE-Breakfast) with sausage, spinach, cheese. 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 1 slice rye toast no crust

S: 24 oz Drink Mix,

L: ham sandwich on a sandwich thin with a slice of cheese and mustard

S: 24 oz Drink Mix

D: 1 can of progresso lentil soup with a serving of whole grain crackers..

I'm tired. I didn't do much today but i'm still tired..I think I'm coming down with something so I'm going to bed early..

Protein: 106.2

Off to bed real soon..maybe some extra water
