Awesome! Finally the weekend. I haved lots of stuff planned. and maybe I'll even get to some of it...

My eats for Friday:
 

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

6:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with syrup  

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical Banana Strawberry  

8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1/2 serving turkey breast lunch meat  

9:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with syrup  

9:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

10:00 am 6 slices of low fat, dry salami  

10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch  

11:15 am sandwich, turkey breast, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonaise, sandwich thin  

11:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Caffeinated  

1:45 pm 12 oz V8 Juice  (is it just me or does this stuff fill you up too?)  

2:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg  

3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade  

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry  

6:30 pm 4 oz broiled chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy  


Dessert will probably be sugar free protein cake. I still need to figure out how to calculate the nutrition on that. maybe spending some extra computer time tonight to do that. Hmmm. Have a good weekend Y'all...

Protein: 127.1

Not bad at all...I'm happy with those numbers.

here is what i had for friday.. i was 150.8 pounds........

B- 2 protein bars (balls) homemade)

L-  2 cups chicken stew (homemade) chicken , carrots,potato, onion , celery,broth

D- about 4 oz corned beef
tossed salad with cucs

S- banana

coffee and water..

That number is down from previously, isn't it? This is the time of year when i start thinking about corned beef again..nothing like a holiday (St Patricks Day) to get me thinking "ethnic" food. LOL.

Yes, I'm already started thinking about my Easter surprises for the grand kids.

B: Myoplex protein shake

L: 2 turkey meatloaf (made in muffin pan)

S: 2 cups coffee w/ creamer

D: Myoplex protein shake

S: 6 sausage balls ( around midnight)
