SO excited for you!
I have also been doing well and happy with my progress.
As our family prepares to go to Disney World (end of the month) I have really been trying to stay on track. Christmas eve I was 149.5 and today I am 144.5. I am thrilled with my progress. I had stopped loosing around thanksgiving and was between 152 and 149.
I still have hope and believe I can get there. The daily weighing and journaling and exercising has really been a help to me. Thanks to all of you for your input and help. WE CAN DO IT!
Now, I need to go shovel and get to the gym!

Since my company provided free lunch yesterday I actually took down a salad plate that my NUT recommended I use in order to watch my portion sizes. Yes, my coworkers where joking around with me and looking @ me like I was crazy because of it but I didn’t care I’m doing this for me and know one else. I am still am in fat girl mode and will pile up my plate as if I could actually eat it all. After I pile it on I then feel bad that I cant eat it all and then don’t want to waist the food. I read one day what someone on OH said which was: “I give myself permission to throw food away" & another one that I love is that “it has to be pouch worthy for me to eat it". I’m not quit there yet but hopefully soon. Here are my eats:
B – 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax Cereal
1 cup of Silk Light Soymilk
8oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze (Singles to go)
8oz of SF Crystal Light Fruit Punch
L – 2 cups of mixed salad greens
3 Tbsp of Sesame ginger salad dressing
1 cup of ginger sesame noodles
3 small – medium pieces of Asian ginger chicken
16oz of water
S – I medium apple w/ 1 Tbsp of RF Peanut butter spread
8oz of (Naked) Protein Juice Smoothie (this was delicious a bit grainy & pricey but delicious)
D – 2 cups of seafood linguini
1 Tbsp of onion dip made w/ FF sour cream
1 mini glass of Eggnog spice cake (I felt sick after eating this so soon after my meal plus I’m sure the sugar didn’t help)
8oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze (Singles to go)
S – 16oz of TAZO Organic Chai Tea w/ 2 Tbsp of SF Hazelnut creamer & 1 Tbsp of FF creamer

Water: 48oz
Okay so I over did it on the carbs yesterday so today will be a better day. I went wrong on the dinner I believe. My choice was the healthiest thing on the menu & they had huge portions. It would have been fine if I would have gotten a workout in but that didn’t happen I worked too late last night.

I don't need to participate in the losing but I'll be accountable to my weight. This week I weigh 128.4..I've weighed that for several days now and it's probably because it's that heavy time of the month..I'm thinking by Sunday I should drop two pounds.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
