lunch lean cusine spinach,mushroom panini,apple
snack 100 calorie almonds, 1 string cheese
dinner 4oz bonless thin pork chop, penne pasta, mixed veggies
snack 100 cal arnold sandwich thin w/ surgar free jam, cup hot tea
35min cardio

i weight in on friday morning i hope i show a loss i have been good all week

this is what i had for thusday. today (friday) i was 150.8 pounds)
B- 1 cup cream of wheat with milk
L- maybe 1 cup homemade chicken stew (made with chicken, carrots,potato,onion,spices)
D- baked tilapia
1 cup spinich
1/2 slice corn bread
Snack- 1 cup chedder and sour cream lay chips
4 cups coffee
not much plain water

Yesterday seemed to just drag. Today was at least a little better. Tomorrow is Friday and that's always MUCH better. Our little wandering mutt is being treated like a little prince lately. I do think he was rolled over by a car and is none the worse for wear. Sore is all. I hope he's learned his lesson about cars. Some learn and live to benefit from it...some don't learn. Time will tell.

6:30 pm 3.25 oz T-Bone steak, grilled, 1/2 small baked potato, 1/4 cup mixed frozen vegetables
All my vitamins in, all my water AND V8 juice too...Maybe I can have kettle corn for dessert or protein coffee...hmm. choices!

S-none we just got home and I am so full all I want to do is go to bed
scheduled day off from the gym all my water and vits; missed that darn calcium and too full now.
