S: 1/2 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup
S: 10 oz herb tea
S: 10 oz herb tea
L: 1/4 lb burger wrapped in lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 4 slices pickle, 1/2 oz sweet onions, 1 T thousand island dressing, 1/2 of a hot dog bun soaked in chili sauce (from hubby's chili dog).
S: 24 oz drink mix, Power Edge Tangerine Caffeinated

D: Trader Joe's Bison Burger, on a sandwich thin with tomatoes, cheese and thousand island dressing

Dessert: NSA Vanilla Ice Cream

Bedtime: probably some more herb tea...it tastes SO good and is so warm before bed.

Did you know that a serving of sugar free syrup is a quarter cup? Does that sound like alot to you? It does to me...I always have some left over

I didn't do too much walking or exercise. I missed one calcium tablet so I may have that with the ice cream tonight..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1642
Fat: 73.1
Carbs: 129.2
Protein: 143.7

Not too shabby at all. I need more vegetables though...but if I do that, my carbs will go up...oh well.

How many times have you hugged and kissed that dog since you got home from work?
Our cat was missing last winter over a month  in the winter. I was sure the raccoons got her; the raccoons are terrible in Gig Harbor. She was 4 houses down from us. The lady( so she said) put her out during the day to find her way home   and let her in at night so we could never find her when we looked at night. I posted flyers all over. I found it hard to believe she never saw any of them or heard us calling "Maggie" every night for a week. Maggie got sick so she took her to a vet who scanned her and that is how we got her back. The lady was so weird she only fed her people food; never bought her cat food so she got sick from that. If your going to keep somebody's cat, wouldn't you buy it cat food? Maggie had her collar on but her tag was missing; so the lady said anyway.

We were missing our cat in Montana but my grandmother was right..Someone put him in their basement to catch mice and let him out about a month later. He was a fantastic mouser...

Busy day at work then off to Zumba, picked up dd from tap, then picked up teriyaki and just finished now. I am going to take a shower and watch TV and try to get to sleep early tonight. I am so tired at night but then I get in bed and I feel awake and I start planning what I have to get done the next day. This usually comes and goes but it has not "gone" for a few weeks now.
All my water and such. My ferritan is still low; this is three years now. I made an appointment with a hematologist. I give up, I will do the iron infusions.

I am working on my relationship with food and I finally am emotionally ready to continue my journey.  With that said my company will be providing free lunch & dinner for employees for the next week & ½ so I have to choose what I am going to eat wisely.  I also went out to dinner for my sister’s birthday last night. But I did pretty well despite these things.  I think that I did pretty well because I chose healthier snacks because I knew that I was going to be hungry before I made it to the restaurant.

B – 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax Cereal
1 cup of Silk Light Soymilk
8oz of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze (Singles to go)

L – 3 ½ slices of Roast beef
1 cup of sautéed green string beans w/ garlic & carrots

4 medium pieces of red roasted potatoes

      16oz of water

S – 1 stick of Cracker Barrel 2% Cheddar Cheese
1 bag of Baked Soy Protein Chips by Revival

D – 4 Grilled shrimp stuffed w/ crabmeat
1 cup of sautéed green string beans w/ garlic & carrots

1 mini glass of Eggnog spice cake (I felt sick after eating this so soon after my meal plus I’m sure the sugar didn’t help)

S – 1 serving of Wasabi Wow Trail mix from Trader Joe’s
8oz of SF Crystal Light Fruit Punch

The restaurant that we went to (Seasons 52) was nice but the food was pretty bland. That meal wasn’t worth the calories. I would have sent it back but because it was my sister’s birthday I didn’t want to ruin her night. She already complains about me sending food back.
