I would be willing to bet that DisneyWorld will be in the mid 60's even for a cold snap. It must be about 62 here right now but  that's a far cry from Florida. I think their temps drop pretty quick cuz there isn't much actual land mass...

I know, if I was any happier over Bandit's return, I'd be dancing here at my des****ep calling home to check on him...he's napping. LOL.

I said that I would stop lurking this year & start posting in order to hold myself more accountable so here goes:

B - Oatmeal (apple N Cinnamon flavor)
      1/2 cup of half n half

L - Mixed salad greens w/ 2 tbsp of ff Italian dressing
     3 med pieces of breaded skinless chicken breast

S - 1 serving of Reese's pieces
      1 serving of sunflower seeds
      6 Multigrain Crackers
      1 stick of Cracker Barrel 2% Cheddar Cheese Stick

D - 2 Meatballs with sauce
      1/2 cup of rice
       2 cheese stuffed raviolis

S - 1 serving of Reese's pieces ( I decided to bring them in to work & give them to my coworker)
      1 serving of sunflower seeds

Cals: 1,899g
Fat: 101g
Carbs: 155g
Prot: 85g

Im glad that I wrote this so that I can see it in black & white because it looks crystal clear that I snack way too much.  I had to give those Reese's pieces away because the sugar was making my stomach upset but I love them so much I would still eat them.  I have to stop with the bad habbits and also need to also start logging my liquid intake.

Oh my! I'm so glad that you're stepping up to the plate and being accountable. Yes, I was going to comment on the two numbers: carbs and protein..but you've got that covered as well.

It's that time of year where carbs are calling our name..But you're doing good...keep going.

I keep 5 containers (24 oz each) near me at all times. The original bottles came with Propel or G2 in them but I refill with ice and water and crystal light packets. When I drive; when I'm walking...always with the bottle. I figure if smokers can light up each time they walk outside or start up the car, I can too...it's become a habit. When I start the car, I get thirsty!
