semi lazy day. Read the paper, cleaned a little, cooked a little and went to the Y for an hour of Zumba.
B-scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, 100 cal sandwich thin
L-hamburger patty on a sandwich thin, cantelope
S-rf wheat thins
D-hamburger patty, brocoli and 3/4 c home made split pea soup
S-rf graham crackers
All my water and vitamins. Calories are at 1500 so should call it quits for eating; maybe a tea or SF hot chocolate before bed.

Lazy day and you did an hour of Zumba? I shoveled dirt for about 15 minutes and THAT kicked my ass...

Don't you just love those sandwich thins? I don't think they're advertising those enough...but, on second thought, if they advertise them, they'll be harder to find and the price will go up..

Keep up the good work. See ya.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

The sandwich thins are at Costco! I can't rememebr what they cost now, but two packages in 1. I think they wer under 3 or under 4 for the package. I was so excited to find them I really did not pay much attention.
Shoveling dirt is hard work!

Another reason to head over to costco...my cases of soy milk, some calcium vitamins and now my sandwich thins.

You're right shoveling dirt is hard work. Especially for an old woman like me. I used to be able to turn over the whole garden (who needs a roto-tiller!?) and I was whining after one row of shovel fulls! This joint and that hip...sheesh! You'd think I was 90 years old..It's a good thing I started this early. I don't plan on being able to plant till mid February.
