I did pretty good today. I had three containers of water at 24 oz each...I got ALL my vitamins and then some (the ones I missed yesterday!)

Breakfast: 3 eggs and 4 oz chicken breast with 3 small flour tortillas. I ate this half at a time. Early and then alittle later.

Snack (instead of lunch): single serving of microwave kettle corn popcorn

Dinner: Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings with added turkey breast from left overs

All in all a good day...I worked in the garden again. I turned over some dirt for a flowerbed..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1162
Fat: 53.1
Carbs: 67.7
Protein: 98.8

Tomorrow is the first day back to work..Back to normal. I'll get all my water.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Water really does make a difference in weight loss. For some reason I noticed that I was getting the "hungry" signal and it was actually "thirsty"..So I always drink first and then if the feeling doesn't go away, I eat something.

Sounds like you have periods of hypoglycemia there! Peanut butter is a good thing, but maybe go with some low carb crackers or whole grain..I saw a recipe for cheese crackers where all you do is sprinkle parmagian in a small circle and toast it in the oven. Talk about low carb!

I usually find that white carbs cause that sort of crash with me. The sugar high from refined carbs like white bread, pasta and rice will creep up on you and then all of a sudden...crash..Protein, like peanut butter, will stick with you but also the high fiber will too. Not the refined crud...

I've been playing around with pasta lately...that whole wheat stuff seems to be okay. I guess several years without pasta, an Italian like my husband is starting to revolt...LOL.

Shrimp is my favorite high protein snack/meal...LOVE IT.

Keep up the good work. See ya
