breakfast atkins protein bar mid morning oatmeal 1 apple
2 cups coffee w/cream splenda
lunch 2 oz turkey breast with 1 slice a pickle on a arnold 100 cal sandwich thin, 6 small pretzels
16 oz ice coffee
snack popcorn
hot choc n/s added
dinner 1 cup kale soup w extra protein w roll
then i did biggest looser 30 minute wrkout
i will have a snack before i go to bed
