Yea.  I know I sound like a humbug, but I am so glad they are behind me.   I love the meaning of Christmas, but I can celebrate that anytime.

I am ready to look forward and get back on track with my eating and my life.   I want the joy back that I had during this period of losing weight and feeling good about myself.  The joy comes from success.   I refuse to allow myself to gain weight.  My range was supposed to be within 3 pounds but during the holidays I let it get up to 8.   I'm back to within 5 and I can and will get the rest off.

We can all do it.    WE HAVE THE POWER WITHIN US.

Hang in there.

Yeah, I agree on the holidays but several years ago I really thought about it...Some people wouldn't set asside any time at all for celebrating the meaning of the season if it weren't for the commercialization of it...So I embrace the commercialization and decorate up the ying yang! It's just hard to take all that stuff down because I just really want to continue celebrating! LOL. That's why I found my Christian radio station. I wanted to continue listening to "christmas" music.

Congrats on getting back down to within "range" so soon...It's work but it's well worth it. Keep after it. check in to let us know how you're doing on the quest..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
