Snack as I worked in the yard: 24 oz drink mix,

L: 1/2 can tuna packed in water and relish on a sandwich thin

Snack as I recovered from working in the yard: 24 oz drink mix,

D: meat loaf and a bite of mashed potatoes and gravy.

No dessert but I certainly can add it..

Working in the yard kicked my butt. I'm sore! I had to take some tylenol.

OMG, work was super slow today.  I feel like I got paid double to sit here, talk on the telephone and play on the computer.

Good eats..

B: 1 Cup of cowboy salsa & 1 serving of frito scoops.. what a breakfast! 

L: Roast beef sandwich w/ cheese from Arby's.. tossed the top bun

S: Light Yogurt

D: 1 Cup of chili

S: Power crunch bar

Now, where do I sign up to get paid to play on the computer? LOL At work, they don't allow any facebook or myspace but I could hang out on OH all day, if the bosses aren't there. I strongly suspect that they have a log somewhere that reports any activity on my computer though...I got a call from TS some time ago because I was doing a search on suicide while at my desk...long story short, they didn't go to my boss on it!

You have me curious about cowboy salsa. Sort of like chili?

It sounds like a mess but it's awesome! 

1 can of pinto beans
1 can of black eyed peas
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of corn
1 can of rotel
2 roma tomatoes (or more if you like tomatoes .. i dont)
1 red onion
1 green or red bell pepper
1 bottle of zesty italian salad dressing

drain and rinse beans and corn, only drain rotel. chop all veggies, mix it all together in a bowl. The longer it sets in the frige, the better it is.
I'm sure the carb count on this is HIGH but I love beans and it's so dang good. I would like to figure out the nutritional facts

good morning everyone had a good day considering it was new years day. i need to drink more water . i drink too much coffee and i need to start exercising. i am usually pretty good about eating protrein 1st but during the holidays i got off track but i am focussed againi am gonna post my food intake everyday even if i had a bad day well gotta go have a good day talk to you soon  .

You and me both on the water! Especially when I'm on vacation...Yesterday I had only three containers of water when I usually have 5 containers! When I'm working and sitting at my desk, I"m really good at drinking my water. I've developed a habit of drinking when I drive and when I'm shopping but because I'm not doing those on vacation so much...it's hard!

Also, the exercise is hard too! I've wanted to get on that wii this whole two weeks and it's three days till I go back to work and I haven't even checked the BATTERIES! Argh.

Just one thing at a time...changes come really slow with us humans! animals are far more adaptive than we are. Creatures of habit is more true than anyone knows. Build one habit at a time..it works.

I had a fair day
B-scrambled eggs w cheese and bacon
S fiber one bar

L-tuna salad and a pita, 2 of my hubbies onion rings

s-trail mix- not worth the calories
D-sweet potato, cottage cheese and NSA applesauce

S- not sure maybe some cold rotissiere chicken
No exercise did a 12 hour shift as supervisor at my on call job. all my water but will need to take my vits once home in an hour.

Wow...you're dinner had no protein (maybe alittle in the cottage cheese)...yikes. But the rotissiere chicken will make up for that. I'm going to look for a small pocket sized vitamin packet so that I can take my vitamins with me. I always remember when the vitamins are 35 miles away at home! I fully intend to spread them out more. I always remember at breakfast but the ones later in the day are lost most times!
