Accountability - Wednesday
I did pretty good today, I think..
2 cups of 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, splenda and butter buds
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix,
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix,
Lunch: Turkey Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwich with turkey, swiss cheese on a whole grain sandwich thin and thousand island dressing
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical with fiber
Snack: 10 oz water, plain
Dinner: 1 cup home made turkey chili, 2 corn tortillas and 1 slice of swiss cheese
I worked around the house and did some shopping too. Didn't do very much this afternoon but I did alot this morning..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1354
Fat: 50.1
Carbs: 110.4
Protein: 123.6
I always shoot for protein higher than carbs and good carbs. Since I didn't do all that much today, the calories are low enough, I think.

Hello, ladies
Before work, I did a lot of running around to get ready for my New Year Eve party. Work has been really slow so time is crawling by for me. I'm off for New Years eve but have to work New Years Day.
I've already lost 2.5 lbs of the unwanted holiday weight. I know I'm gonna splurge for my party Thursday night but I will not overdo it!
My good eats..
EARLY AM: Diet hot chocolate made w/ 8 oz calorie countdown milk
B: 2 Med. Scrambled eggs & Turkey sausage
S: Pure protein bar
L: Ham, cheese, lettuce and ff mayo and red onion on an Arnold's sandwich thin
S: Light Yogurt & String cheese
D: 3 oz New York Strip steak & 3 steamed broccoli spears w/ spray butter
S: Light Yogurt
That's it for me!
