Accountability-Tuesday
Not a bad day...just a Tuesday, actually:
Pre B: 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk and 1/2 cup yams (previously cooked) half my vitamins (multi, 2 calciums, 1 omega 3, 1 biotin, 1 B-12)
S: 24 oz Drink Mix,
Before Lunch: 2 big glasses ice water
L: chicken salad with cranberries and bacon bits, asian dressing
S: 24 oz Drink Mix,
S: 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
2L: 3 oz turkey breast meat on a sandwich thin and mayo, another calcium
S: 24 oz Drink Mix,
D: 4 oz turkey leg meat and 2 oz baked pineapple, 1 B-12 sublingual and 1 calcium
No dessert..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1462
Fat: 49.8
Carbs: 124.7
Protein: 136.3
I think I did pretty good. I got alot done today and I'm happy with all of it.

B-rf turkey bacon breakfast sandwich
S-fiber one bar
L-6 inch turkey sub from subway w/ 1/2 bread removed
S-baked bbq lays
D-pork loin, sweet potato and brussel sprouts
S-later will be a baked apple desert w splenda and a squirt of whip cream
Too many carbs early in the day led to too many carbs. Will start tomorrow with a protein drink instead.

Just another Tuesday for me too. It's so dang cold here, I cant think! I hate cold weather!
Day 2 of being back on track...
Breakfast: 2 med scrambled eggs & 3 strips of turkey bacon
Snack: Light Yogurt
Lunch: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
Snack: Raw celery & baby carrots w/ Light ranch
Dinner: 3 oz grilled pork chop and steamed broccoli
Snack: String cheese & SF jello
*I feel so much better to be back at my normal eating routine!
What brand of turkey bacon do you eat? I really don't like butterball...it's not tasty at all..and very spendy.

And it's expensive too! That's probably the only reason I am forcing myself to eat it. I mean it's suppose to be meat...so if I can force it down in a sandwich (with turkey and lettuce and tomato...) I'll at least get my dollar's worth out of the 6 ounces! OUCH, that's expensive.
We bought some Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage today so I'll try that next...Jimmy Dean is good stuff but we'll see.

here i am............ woo hoo.. my first day of eating right and i feel very good and i am so proud of myself.... i can do it.....................

1/2 c. fruit ****tail (rinsed)
D- 3 oz baked chicken breast
12 asparagus spears
3 potato and onion pierogies
snack- 6 garden herb triscits
1 oz. sharp cheese
4cups water
2 cups coffee

The protein levels are REALLY good...and your carbs are excellent! Those are really good carbs, not much white in that group at all...
