Carnie Wilson's new reality show

I saw a commercial for a new reality show starring Carnie Wilson. It is called (I think) unstapled. It is documenting her attempting to lose baby weight, or weight she has gained. I am not sure which, as I only saw a portion of the advertisement. This is of interest to me, as I have gained back some weight. Does anyone know anything about this program? Thanks.

I Googled Carnie and saw Tues, 12/29, 11pm, AETV.   you might want to verify this.  I could not see it on myy TV listing.

I googled it and it says that it's coming on in January. It is called, " unstapled".
