Accountability - Saturday
Well, I'm headed back to the right track...sort of trying to think about that, anyway. I still haven't hit the Wii and I know I should. It just surprises everyone that I don't exercise...I know, I know..I need to get back to that..maybe tomorrow. Another thing, I didn't get enough water. 2 bottles of water and 2 cups of tea...not enough..AND I didn't do my vitamins either. For today or yesterday.
My eats for Saturday:
No breakfast at home today.
B: 3 egg omelet with chili and cheddar cheese, a tiny bit of cottage cheese, 1 slice rye toast, no crust
L: 4 oz Ham on a sandwich thin with imitation cheddar cheese slice and a tablespoon of mayo
S: 2 sugar free sugar cookies
D: 4 oz ham, green beans, baked pineapple
Dessert: sugar free pumpkin pie

Calories: 1842
Fat: 92.3
Carbs: 138.8
Protein: 132.8
Yeah, high calories...good protein, alittle high on the carbs. That pumpkin pie was the bad point..
