Accountability Tuesday
I'm stepping in since I don't see this posted. I just got home and want to see what I ate before I went to bed.
Today was just another day.. nothing exciting to report.
B: Protein shake
s: Boiled egg
L: Smart Ones frozen dinner
S: Handful of almonds & light yogurt
D: Lg. Chili from Wendy's
S: Nothing

OMG...I was craving two things for a while...I wanted fish and chips for the last couple of days. I don't know why but then yesterday morning I was thinking Chili...I completely forgot about Wendys! Now I can remind dh and he'll remember (LOL)
My eats:
B: 1/2 serving protein pancakes
S: 24 oz drink mix, can't recall what flavor
S: 24 oz drink mix, can't recall the flavor
L: 2 deep fried butterflied shrimp, 2 chicken fingers (deep fried) and 6 french fries. I never even got to the fish that came with it...I was STUFFED..
S: 24 oz drink mix, probably cherry or berry something
D: I took a chance to make salmon patties and they were WAY too salty..too much Old Bay...yuck. I wasted the whole can. 2/3 of a patty and 2/3 of a sandwich thin..
S: sugar free sugar cookie
2D: hamburger patty on a sandwich thin with mayo, tomatoes and lettuce.
S: 2 cups of warm herb tea - had to get more water to counteract all that salt...
