I did alittle better today. I got out of the kitchen and didn't go back except to make sugar free blueberry muffins...and I had one for dessert at the end of the day...

My eats for Monday:

B: 1/2 serving of protein pancakes

L: prime rib and bleu cheese salad at Denneys (sort of salty, actually)

D: 4 oz pork chop with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies

Dessert: 1 sugar free whole wheat muffin.

I had 3 and a half bottles of water, 3 cups of coffee and all my vitamins! I'll have more water alittle later. I always sleep better if I've had enough water for some reason..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1382
Fat: 84.6
Carbs: 68.8
Protein: 98.8

Not too bad. How did you do?

Is it really Monday already? Gosh, the weekend just goes by so fast! I'm off xmas eve and xmas so I at least have that to look forward to.
I had plans of getting up early this morning and finishing up shopping but I slept in. I actually stayed in the bed til 12:00 today. I am going to get up in the morning and pick up a few gift cards for my brothers and stocking stuffers for my daughter, kristina.

I was back on track with my eating today. Yesterday I was the carb queen.

Early AM: 10 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk

B: 2 boiled eggs & 3 strips of turkey bacon

S: Pear

L:  Smart Ones frozen dinner

S: Boiled egg

D: Salad.. ham, rf feta, boiled egg and lots of raw veggies w/ light ranch

S: Light Yogurt

WOW, I had 4 boiled eggs today!  They are size medium.. does that matter? LOL

I figure a small egg is half of a large one so a medium one might be 2/3 of a large one. On fitday they don't differentiate so I do when I figure it. I couldn't find large eggs at a decent price for a while and bought a dozen small ones...yikes! They were SMALL!

I recently bought some turkey bacon...it's really good. A bit salty but that's bacon for ya!

Sometimes I spend more time on stocking stuffers for the kids than anything. My daughter, this year is getting alot of seed packets and bulbs for her new house and it's garden areas..but then there's always the candy too..LOL. Most years it's candy and a new electric toothbru****alk about mixed messages. LOL.

You did good. Thanks for posting. Keep up the good work. See ya.

I have missed doing this thread! We have been so busy with Christmas ans my sick father in law! Taking care of my mother in law who has medium dementia has been the time killer. He is coming home from rehab on Christmas Eve; yeah. He is doing remarkably well for someone who was clinically dead for 5 minutes.  I have fallen off the train and am trying to get back on!
B-scrambled eggs, bacon and small scoop shredded hashbrowns
L-6 inch subway turkey and lots of veggies
S-cookie
D-spaghetti sauce with meat, small amount of wheat spaghetti and brocoli
S-ww key lime pie
S-hot dog and few bites of my husbands ice cream from DQ.
I need to get back to my daily plate but am not even going to try until Monday. I think I got all my water and such except my calcium. I am going out to lunch with my team today, hope to hit the gym for a run.

Being busy can be a blessing and/or a curse...I get too busy and forget to drink or forget to eat and my totals show it. Then I KNOW that I need to eat and reach for the stupidest thing in reach...Some sort of slider high carb food that makes me lazy and then it's game over...

You're doing wonderful. And doing way more than is expected, I bet. That's the mom syndrome I think...All moms are super human, I have to think..

Do take some time for yourself! We'll be here when you get ready..And take your calcium...seriously! LOL.

Keep up the good work. See ya.
