Accountability - Sunday
It's not even really technically my vacation and I"m already slipping. Sunday was a disaster.
My list:
B: 1/2 serving protein pancakes\
S: 24 oz drink mix water
L: while at Target we stopped at their food court and I had a chicken parmegian flatbread wrap
S: several cookies while baking...(notice NO water?)
D: 1/4r turkey burger on a sandwich thin...with cheese and mayo
I have NO clue what the totals were. I'd have to say that deal at Target couldn't have been high protein, maybe 3 oz of actual chicken...I'd guess 1700 calories and 100 grams of protein
What was really bad was the lack of water..lips are dry. I need to work on this issue more.

OPC-3 drink with calcium and d-ribose (morning drink to help with pain etc.)
1 "Tim Hortons" large steeped tea with splenda and 4 lemons-Happiness
1 South Beach Protein bar
Then off to the kids Church Christmas Party at chucky cheese (YUK!) I ate the cheese off the top of two pieces of pizza (no bread, cant eat it, makes me sick)
3 free plastic glasses of tap water (EEEEUUUUWWW, but I drank it)
Finally home and had rolled up deli meat with cheese and some spinach/art. dip
another tea (mine from home with a tea bag) and splenda
another water with crystal light
Broc (Steamed)
1 golden delic. apple
another protein bar
piece of colby jack cheese
a bottle of water with crystal light.
Not good enough on my protein.
Going to a cookie exchange with the "church ladies" Monday night, dont really want to go....too much temptation, for sure! Will report later... Good timea with girls with no kids....should be fun...unless someone brings their kids.....

You did do alittle low on protein but you did great with the no bread thing. I used to be able to convince myself that I can't eat sugar but it turns out that I can and now I know it..
I really need to find another hobby other than baking...I'm in so much trouble for the holidays..

Sunday was a nice and relaxing day. After church, I made cookies with my daughter and neice... gingerbread man and sugar. Then I made dinner. After dinner we wrapped presents and watched movies.
My good eats... (more carbs than normal)
B: Ham & Cheese grits
L: 1/2 cup Tuna salad.. ff mayo, relish, onion and boiled egg on 2 peices of light wheat toast
S: 1 Sugar cookie and 1 gingerbread man cookie
D: 2 slices of roast beef, Steamed broccoli & 1/4 cup of brown rice
S: Protein hot chocolate & another cookie
I'm back on track today!!
I decided today that I'm either done baking completely or I'm going to make only sugar free stuff from now on...I'm just horribly bad at staying out of the goodies and trying to find something else to do. I sat down today to copy recipes into my cookbook from things I've tried (and loved) from the internet. My inspiration is my mother's hand written cookbook that came to me from my aunt this month...Lots to copy so it keeps my hands busy!
You're right. Carb**** you as soon as you started...happens to me! then the carbs keep creeping in there..Yikes.
You did good though...carbs or not...it's the season for that sort of thing. I reason that it's the cold weather making the carbs almost necessary to keep us warm...I know, it's weak but I'm trying.
