Accountability - Saturday
The first day of my vacation...It wasn't all bad. We adopted a group of hermit crabs. Had a nice drive down there and back..mostly rested for the day but then I made the mistake of trying to make a recipe from my mother's cook book...got it wrong and ruined the whole batch. I will have to try it again..
My eats:
B: 1/3 oatmeal, tvp, soy milk..
2B: Jack in the Box Meaty breakfast burrito
L: Pita bread with 3 oz pork tenderloin, 1 slice american cheese and a bit of mustard
Dinner: nothing at all but I did manage to eat three gingersnap (ruined) cookies...Yes, they had sugar

Protein: 106.7
I had four containers of water, one more should do it. about half my vitamins. I'll take the rest of them right now..

Friday:
B: 1 pack of grits & 3 strips of turkey bacon
S: Boiled egg
L: 1 cup of chili w/ rf cheese
S: Apple
D: Baked chicken breast w/ light bbq sauce & steamed broccoli
S: String cheese X 2
Saturday:
B: Protein shake
S: Apple
L: 1 cup of chili w/ RF cheese
S: 1 gingerbread man cookie
S: 12 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk
D: Grilled chicken thigh and leg & corn on the cob from KFC
