Accountability - Thursday really this time.
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/2 protein pancakes, three medium pancakes and my vitamins
7:00 am 5 more oz of coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss
7:10 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry (I need the happy flavor driving on the speedway in the mornings. I nearly witnessed a fight today! some people need to stay off the freeway until they've taken a valium, I think)
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (the heat around here is not working or maybe they're trying to save money by not running it!)
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:30 am 1/2 protein pancakes, 5 skinny pancake "sticks" to dip in the sf syrup and a piece of holiday Russell Stover Sugar Free chocolate (yum?)
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:50 pm 3/4 cup cooked ground beef w/ 1/2 oz cheddar cheese and 1/3 cup corn from canned (the innards from a stuffed bell pepper)
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
2:00 pm or so...I had a small handful of caramel corn...NOT sugar free. didn't bother me, so it's a good thing it's gone now.
3:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fulfill Wild Berry (this was weird, no color to this drink mix! so I managed to lose track of it and refill the stupid thing!)
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fulfill Wild Berry and Aqua Fusion Strawberry (mostly just for color!)
6:30 pm 1 bison burger patty, Sandwich thin, mustard, mayo, tomato, lettuce
7:00 pm sugar free chocolate protein cake.
Totals for the day (missing the cake cuz I still haven't worked it out)
Calories: 1510
Fat: 79.1
Carbs: 98.0
Protein: 125.6
Not too bad but I'm sure the protein should go up at least 10 and the carbs up at least 15..still, not bad..

Dawn:
I just have to say I LOVE LOVE reading your posts about what you eat.
Somedays I have an idea about what I am going to eat, but then I read your posts and I change my mind and have what you are eating. Other days you inspire me and I see that if you can do it, so can I.

Looks really good on the fluids and water. Awesome, in fact.
I'm glad my lists inspire you. I take something away from everyone's lists when I read them. It's a learning experience, even this far out!
If you like my lists, you would love eggface..she makes things that are so cool!

Thank you for continuing to inspire and instruct (which you do, and I like it)!
Didnt eat the pizza, just the cheese.
I wonder if I will ever be able to eat bread. It makes me throw up. I miss it every once in a while.
Everyones eating pizza and I'm eating the toppings!
I have never had the peanut butter caramel, but those meal replacement bars are too dense for me to eat. I eat the cinn./raisin breakfast bar. Not the crispy but the breakfast bar and they seem to go down okay. There are 10 grams of protein in them and the sugars are low, which I like. Funny how they bother you!
Looking forward to your Christmas foods...how you handle it,etc.
I love to read eggface, I have made some of her things, even for my family and they love it!
Have a great Weekend!
