Week 4 Reset

And no loss....but maintained.  I did not write down my foods as well this week..towards the end for sure.  I need to get back on that this week.  If I don't see it....I don't think I believe it.  I can not let it slip because it's been going well...constant attention.

Well, you are out of the honeymoon phase - losing is still very doable but much harder...The key is to stick with the program...Maintaining means you are continuing to make good choices...Keep plugging, I know you're going to make it
