Accountability - Tuesday
This last week before vacation seems to be going pretty fast. Lots of laughs about what they think will get done while I'm gone for two weeks but that happens every time I take time off! The office Holiday (Christmas) Party was today too. I planned for it but I wasn't ready for how I would react to noodles and I only had a little of that!
5:15 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/2 serving of Protein Pancakes (notice that I won't have the other half of this today!)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/SF Vanilla Coffeemate
8:45 am 1.5 oz pork tenderloin, .33 oz cheddar cheese
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:15 pm 4 oz fried chicken breast (floured, not breaded, I think) 5 little meat balls in some sort of sauce. Then I went back for 3 mini taquitos, some pasta salad (two kinds, oriental noodles and half elbows) and some (2) cheese skewers..I ate too much and had to retreat before my stomach got too noisy..Silly me.
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Turbo2Go Lemonade
6:00 pm 5 oz of salisbury steak with gravy, 1/3 cup canned corn, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes.
The totals for the day:
Calories: 1391
Fat: 71.2
Carbs: 76.6 Protein: 120.1
As far as the day went, it was good and I was happy with it. I still have 1/3 of that sugar free protein cake left and I think I have plenty of room for that. I think I might just calculate the nutritional values on that cake this weekend, when I have time because I know I'm going to make more of those!
How did you do? Keep after it. Even if you fall during the holidays you can get up and start over. It really feels much better.

Hello Dawn. Today was busy at the hospital so it did fly by. I slept in all morning but tomorrow morning before I go to work, I'm gonna go to target to do a little chrismtmas shopping.
