I knew if I got busy I would forget to eat. I missed lunch competely and it shows!

B: 1/2 protein pancake serving and syrup

2B: 3 egg omelet with mushrooms, spinach and swiss

Lunch?: a sugar free peanut butter cup from Winco.

DInner: Turkey burger with mayo on a sandwich thin.

I was alittle short today! I could have something more..I think I will but I'm not sure what.
