Accountability - Sunday
I didn't do too much today. Just a lazy day. I guess I didn't do NOTHING because I did clean house and laundry...This next week is going to be busy and I like that. After that I get to relax for a couple weeks..AS if! I usually wear myself out with doing so much for the holidays.
My eats for Sunday:
Snack: sugar free peanut butter cup (this caused nausea! )
B: 1/2 serving of protein pancakes
2B: 3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and swiss cheese
L: Sandwich Thin with a turkey burger patty and thousand island dressing
Snack: 1 pc sugar free peanut butter cup
D: 4 oz pork tenderloin, roasted. 1/3 cup mashed potato, gravy and 1/2 cup cooked broccoli.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1279
Fat: 55.7
Carbs: 97.7
Protein: 117.0
Another short day. I know that I can have dessert..It's too cold for ice cream but maybe I'll have a microwave cupcake..
How did you do? I'm happy with my totals but even if I wasn't, I could try again tomorrow to head in the right direction..

My weekend eating was so so. I splurged a lil on Saturday but back on track on Sunday.

Saturday:
B: 1 boiled egg & 1 mini blueberry muffin
S: Apple
L: Thin crust cheese pIzza
S: Protein hot chocolate
D: OMG, a whopper.. I tossed most of the bread.. lettuce, onion, pickle and mayo
S: 1 Peanut butter cookie
S: handful of microwave popcorn
Sunday:
B: 3 slices of turkey bacon & 1 boiled egg
S: Tangerine
L: 1 Cup of Chili w/ rf cheese
S: Boiled egg w/ hot sauce
D: Tbone steak, 1.2 a baked potao w/ ff sour cream
(my mom got me a huge steak for the completion of my first sememste back to school)
S: 12 oz Chocolate calorie countdown milk
You did pretty good. those Whoppers can be...well, WHOPPERS..Toss the bun and pick up a knife and fork and it's a steak!
