Accountability - Friday
I can finally compare the numbers for my oatmeal breakfast to my protein pancake breakfast and it's strange. More protein and just 10 more calories in the oatmeal breakfast but 10 more carbs in the oatmeal. I can't eat all the pancakes at one sitting so I have to spread it out over two hours (half at home and half at work, two hours later) so why are the pancakes better? The fill factor. I'm filled up longer with them. Oatmeal is, interestingly enough, slider food! Hmmm. More to think about. I think I'm gonna need more eggs!

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am protein pancakes (half a serving)
7:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Strawberry Banana (this has alittle fiber in it and a smidgen of protein too)
8:00 am 10 oz Blueberry Herb Tea, splenda
8:25 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:40 am protein pancakes (the last half serving)
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
11:00 am Trader Joe's turkey burger and thousand island dressing on a sandwich thin, 1 calcium citrate+D
12:30 pm 2 calcium carbonate chews and 1 sugar free chocolate covered caramel
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
3:15 pm 1 hardboiled egg, 1 medium orange
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
6:30 pm 2 beef tacos, corn tortillas, cheddar cheese
Dessert: 1/2 cup NSA Ice Cream
