Just an encouragement
When I went in for my four year check up, I had gained 20 lbs. from my lowest (10 lbs. from my goal). While my surgeon was still happy with my weight, I wasn't. It is still below the 10% bounce back weight, but it was more than I am ready to accept.
So, back to eating right (well, except for a couple of holiday treats
) and exercising. Nothing extreme in either--just about 45 min. of exercise most days and cutting out the sweets and breads on most days. And, I've already lost 10 of those extra pounds! Now, yes, I know they are par****er weight, and the "easy" lbs. to lose, but it just confirms in my mind that I can get the other 10 off. It might take a bit longer, but that's okay. It means a lot for me to know that I have some control. And that I don't have to be "perfect" to get the weight off.

You'll drop that weight in NO time with that regime..Awesome...Just change alittle so that you can stick with it..nothing drastic, nothing monumental...just alittle but keep with it..
Congrats!
Congrats!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
