I wished for snow...I hoped for snow...NOTHING...ah well, better luck next time. I need to cut hubby back on coffee but we're having a hard time doing that and I'm actually drinking MORE coffee. Stupid winter! I actually baked cookies again this morning but didn't eat any. I was STRONG!   Eats for Tuesday:   4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz drink mix, Crystal Light Strawberry Banana (with fiber)
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:20 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:00 am 1 slice turkey deli meat and 1/2 slice imitation cheddar cheese
9:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:45 pm 1/2 flat bread with 4 oz chicken parmegian patty
1:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
1:45 pm 1/2 flat bread with 3 oz pork patty in bbq sauce
2:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
4:00 pm 1 medium pear
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
6:30 pm 2 cups of turkey chili (homemade)

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1690
Fat: 68.3
Carbs: 159.0
Protein: 136.5

Not too bad. The carbs are all good carbs (except for the bread, probably)..

How did you do? If you're happy with how you did, keep doing it. If you're not...change alittle something! You can do it.

We are not even close to having snow. The weather now is good... not too cold.
I love coffee too. I drink a lot of it at work because the hospital is so dang cold! 

My good eats...

B:  1 slice of light wheat toast w/ spray butter & 3 turkey sausage patties

S: Carb/Sugar control yogurt

L: 1 Cup of chili w/ RF cheese

S: Raw celery & baby carrots w/ light ranch

D: 3 oz Grilled pork chop & 1/2 cup of collard greens

S: SB diet protein cereal bar

ME TOO! At work it's nearly noon before I can take my jacket off..they keep it about 50 degrees in there! Doesn't do well when my fingers are cold to try and keyboard anything and I sit at a computer all day. Coffee is a must!

You did awesome. We need to get some fish and pork chops this weekend. Too much turkey I think. I'm SO done with turkey. I think that's why we usually do a ham for Christmas!
