Accountability - Monday
Today I scared myself early. Trying to warm up the kitchen I baked Norwegian Cookies intended for Christmas Gifts..I ate one. And it didn't make me sick either. I have a lot to think about with that. Next year, no baking, I think..and no more cream soup either! OMG...that can was over 40 grams of carbs and the calories through the roof...I didn't even like it that much! The tomato caused a sore in my throat.

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick

9:30 am 1 small orange, raw
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
11:00 am 1 can cream of tomato soup with soy milk, 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup canned corn and assorted veggies
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:40 pm 1 medium bosc pear
2:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
6:30 pm 1 buffalo cheese burger on a sandwich thin with mayo
Because of that tomato soup, my numbers are huge...But I had to try it. With as cold as it is tonight..maybe the carbs were a good idea.
