Accountability - Sunday

I shouldn't have eaten the sugar free cookies at all today. Made me feel nauseous all afternoon...bummer. And then I didn't drink enough water.

Here's the damage:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, sugar free syrup (chocolate)

2B: 3 egg omelet w/ ortega chilis and cheddar, cottage cheese

Lunch: 4 tiny sugar free fudge covered graham cookies...when my stomach settled down some I had a 4 oz dannon light n fit and 1/4 cup tvp

Dinner: barbequed pork in sauce with 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned green peas.

Now I know I need some water..I had half my vitamins...so I need to have more

Fat: 58.8
Carbs: 114.8
Protein: 124.3

Seriously, this diet will kill me if I don't drink enough water..what is wrong with my brain?

I had a fair day. Taught Sunday School, then visited at the hospital with my husbands family. My FIL had a bad heart attack Wednesday, he just got off the ventilator today. Came home made dinner, did some laundry and now it is time for bed!
B-bacon, fried ogg sandwich on a 100 cal muffin
S-baked cheetos
L-club sandwich with most of bread removed
S-apple
D-stuffed green pepper and brocoli
S-3 reduced fat graham crackers with reduced sugar frosting smeared lightly
All my water and such no exercise but I ran yesterday.

Is it really Sunday already? OMG, the weekend goes by way to fast! 
This weekend, I did a lil Christmas shopping, studied for finals this week and put up Christmas decorations.

My weekend good eats..

Saturday:

B: 1 Boiled egg, 1 slice of light wheat toast & 3 strips of turkey bacon

S: Pure protein bar

L: Lg. Wendy's chili w/ cheese

S: 1 Stalk of celery w/ 2 tbs of peanut butter on it.

D: 1 big slice of thin crust ham & pineapple pizza

S: Apple


Sunday:

B: 2 eggs scrambled with ham and cheese

S:  String Cheese

L:  Grilled chicken breast and mini ear of corn on the cob from KFC

S: Grilled chicken wing from KFC .. too full to eat it for lunch

D:  Roast beef & Cheese sammy w/ lettuce and ff mayo and 1 serving of baked chips

S: 1/2 Cup of NSA Chocolate ice cream

S: Another 1/2 cup of NSA Chocolate ice cream   ..  i did not need this
