Accountability - Friday
Are you thinking of New Years Resolutions yet? I sort of am..I'm beginning to think about starting to consider them...LOL. Along the lines of getting better, I'm going to make a more conscientious effort to eat SLOWER...more deliberately...And then along the lines of letting go a little, get less obsessive about serving sizes. I mean really! How can you post that you had a 1/8 serving of something...what did you eat? ONE STINKIN PEANUT? yeah, I'll admit that I ate one but do I have to try and calculate it at Fitday? No. Maybe if I think about it long enough, by New Years I'll be okay with those things..or maybe I'll find other ways to drive myself crazy.
4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1 T Sugar Free Caramel Syrup, splenda, butter buds
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc sugar free peanut butter cup
7:30 am 20 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea (left over from what I had on the night stand last night)
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:20 am 1 medium orange
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical Strawberry Banana
10:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
11:00 am Turkey sandwich consisting of 3 oz turkey breast, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 T ranch dressing and 1 sandwich thin...eaten SLOWLY. This kept me full for a LONG time!
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit caffeinated
3:00 pm 1 pc deli ham and 1/2 slice cheddar cheese (while I was waiting for the popcorn to pop!)
3:15 pm 100 calorie pack kettle corn mini bag
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
7:00 pm late dinner of a 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with tomato, pickles, onions and thousand island dressing...yum! And I did put it down half way through to go slower.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1610
Fat: 65.9
Carbs: 151.1
Protein: 120.3
I think the carb number is off because I estimated on the sandwich thin because it's not an oroweat one and not 100 calories so I adjusted it to be the same calories as the one I ate: 185...
How did you do? I'm just so happy it's the weekend...
