Week 2 Update

Down 3 more pounds..weighing 165.  7 down and 15 to go.  Staying away from the carbs is getting easier...my protein intake is usually around 90 grams and my caloric intake is staying around 1500 but 2000 on my running days.  I'm not starving...just trying to get my mind right.

I feel good...getting back to basics is working and I'm feeling strong with my running.  I bought some cold weather running tights...and I look like a stuffed sausage but they're warm.  I'm not going to sissyup this winter and get back in the gym..I'm going to stay outside..it's making me run faster so I don't freeze!

What an inspiration to us all. Keep it up but don't freeze to death..LOL.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

So excited to hear how your doing.  Been thinking of doing what your doing, but you have actually done it!  Looked at buying some under armour for outside. But....you did it, I have only thought about it.  Congrats!  You are totally on your way.  Amazing!
