Well, the week is nearly over...I'm very ready for the weekend.

MY eats:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/2 a serving of protein pancakes (whole serving consists of 1/3 cup carbquick, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 large eggs and 1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry (consumed on the way to work...the freeway drivers today were HORRIBLE!)
8:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes microwaved - really filling stuff!
9:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
10:45 am 4 oz chicken breast roasted, 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1T Ranch dressing and 1 whole wheat sandwich thin
12:30 pm 4 pc sugar free chocolates, that's 1 serving.
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:15 pm 1 oz jack cheese
5:30 pm 3 oz grilled steak, 1/3 cup canned corn, 1/2 small baked potato

7:15 pm 1 pc Sugar Free Peanut Butter cup

I'm thinking I want to crush up my calcium citrate so that it might be absorbed better but I need to research it more. I did get all my vitamins and all my water but...for some reason I don't feel like it's working..Not sure why.

Anyway, here are my totals:

Calories: 1617
Fat: 84.9
Carbs: 135.1
Protein: 114.1

Hmmm. Not great but okay by most standards. Not high on calories but not low on carbs. I can do better. Good thing I can try again tomorrow, right?

Happy ALMOST Friday
I am so ready for the weekend! Work has been busy today and Friday's usually are too but I'm ready to get it over with. I ate out 2 times today because I need to go grocery shopping. My cupboards are bare. LOL

My good eats...

B: 1 Boiled egg & Protein shake

L: Grilled chicken thigh and wing & Mini ear of corn on the cob from KFC. This chicken is GOOD!

S: Light Yogurt

D: 6" Grilled chicken sub from subway w/ lettuce, red onion, cucumbers, ff mayo and ff honey mustard

S: Light Yogurt

That's it for me. 1 of the 2 lbs are gone from my Thanksgiving Day eating

There's a good side to having bare cupboards...you know, once you've filled them, that the stuff in there is FRESH...I look in my freezer and wonder just what decade I put THAT in there! LOL.

I know what you mean about busy days. If it's busy, the day will go much faster. I'm hoping that for today (Friday).

You did awesome again..You have to be the poster child for journaling..You write it down and LOOK at what you ate and adjust accordingly..exactly right.

Thank you so much! I never thougth in a million years that someone would compliment me for my eating.  It use to be my biggest struggle! I thinking re gaining some weight back put me in check after I lost it back
