Accountability - Wednesday
I was afraid my allergy shots would cause problems because I skipped them last week...Yup, I had a sinus episode to end all episodes! It ended with me taking a benedryl and being dehydrated when i woke up this morning..cracked lips and all even though I had MORE than 120 ounces of water yesterday. But I got a really good night sleep. Now If I can only figure out why the cat (not sure which cat either) is wetting on our bed for no apparent reason...I think he's mental. dh thinks he wants to be an outside cat. Where we live, that's a death sentence: coyotees.
My eats for the day:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:15 am 1/3 quick oats, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, buttter buds and splenda
7:00 am 22 oz Lipton tea, raspberry splenda
8:05 am 1 mozzarella cheese stick
8:30 am 18 whole wheat crackers and 2T Reduced Fat Peanut butter
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wylers Light Cool Raspberry
10:40 am 1/2 medium grapefruit raw
11:00 am 1/2 medium grapefruit raw
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:15 pm 4 oz cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, with tomato, onion and thousand island dressing
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Banana Strawberry
2:45 pm 1/2 turkey enchilada leftover from last night
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
6:30 pm 4 oz turkey breast, 1/3 cup green bean casserole, 1/4 cup sweet potato casserole

Today has been a good day.. can't complain. The weather here is horrible! Rain, thunder, lightning and tornado warnings! I get off at 11:30 and cant go anywhere cause I'm stuck here! That's one thing that I hate about Charleston!

If I was able to go on line at work...I don't think I'd be too sad but I know what you mean. I can go on during lunch and such but there are websites that are blocked, like facebook and myspace..I CAN go on ebay but darn it, I can't afford to spend any money right now..LOL.
