Today I have to force myself to reject the drama that goes on around me and to me...I'm trying really hard not to get angry...it's not working.

Good Eats for the day:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am 1/3 quick oats, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, buttter buds and splenda
7:00 am 22 oz Lipton tea, raspberry splenda and true lemon
8:45 am 1 mozzarella cheese stick
9:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
10:30 am 2 salisbury steaks from the meal the other night, 1/4 cup green been casserole, 1/3 cup sweet potato casserole
11:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
1:45 pm 1 medium orange
2:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
3:05 pm 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sugar free cranberry sauce
3:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

5:00 pm 20 more ounces of Drink Mix, GV Strawberry (strawberry is my second favorite...to me it tastes like happy should taste..) 
6:30 pm turkey enchiladas, homemade w/ turkey, sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, flour tortilla and pureed mexican spiced tomatoes (for the enchilada sauce, since the family is gringo through and through). LOL.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1373
Fat: 49.2
Carbs: 123.6
Protein: 114.7

I have room for more calories but not more carbs..Not sure what to do about that so...I will try and go to bed with just maybe more water..I've had all my water, and then some...ALL my vitamins...I'm good.

I thought I posted last night, silly me!  Oh well.. I'm here to be accountable. I'm still trying to be good after the holiday carbs.

B:  2 boiled eggs w/ hot sauce

S:  Power Crunch Bar

L:  Leftover pasta.. 1/2 serving of whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cup ground turkey, onions, peppers and NSA Sphgetti sauce

S: Pear

D: 2 big slices of ham, Small garden salad w/ RF shredded cheese and light ranch

S: NSA Chocolate pudding cup

You're reining that carb thing right in there...awesome..and the amount of carbs that you had during the holidays was SMALL...and good carbs.

I had to threaten to toss a part of a loaf of bread today. I made strawberry bread for gift baskets and brought one of them in for the girls at work to try to tell me if there was an adjustment that I needed to make on the next batch. I tasted a tiny piece of it today before lunch and realized that it's too good for my own good. I told the girls that when I got back from lunch it was going in the trash if someone didn't eat it...LOL. I meant it but they laughed. So now I know it's really good stuff, I can't have it around the house. It's gone this weekend! three more loaves to be made and they have to be out of here or frozen solid by Sunday! LOL
