where do i go to pull up the 7 day pouch test?

well just to check in and let you all know i am still living, and doing well :)
hard to beleive that over a year has gone by. wow what a journey this has been.
but looking back on it all, i would do it again...i never thought i would wear a size 14 pant!!! well god bless you all...
