Acountability - Wednesday
This is a perfect example of what happens when I don't have my breakfast...sigh.
Breakfast was at 10:30...way later than normal.
B: veggie burger on a sandwich thin with mayo
L: chicken breast wrapped in lettuce, tomato, mayo
Snack: sugar free chocolate covered peanut butter candy
Dinner: 4 oz lean ground beef burger patty, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 2 slices tomato, 2 T mayo
Dessert was my sugar free pumpkin pie...so add 52 calories to my totals.
Pretty bleak:
Calories: 1044
Fat: 57.2
Carbs: 59.9
Protein: 80.8
Hmmm. I know I got three containers of water in today..not enough. all my vitamins! But I'm pretty satisfied with the day. Tomorrow is going to be off the charts!

Work has been soooo slow. I have done more playing on the computer than work. I had a couple snacks that were not needed but it was due to being bored.
B: 1/2 a ribeye steak, 1 scrambled egg & 1/4 cup of hash browns
L: Smart Ones frozen dinner
S: Handful of grapes & a mini banana .. boss got us a big fruit basket
S: Thin slice of pumpkin bread w/ a lil FF cream cheese
D: Baked chicken breast & Corn on the cob
S: Handful of grapes
S: Diet hot chocolate made with FF calorie countdown milk.

Boredom is the biggest plan killer in the world. I get to feeling bored and want to head for the fridge and I have to get up and do something. The doctor suggested working on my wii but, that was Tuesday and I have yet to get that thing out again...I need a swift kick in the drawers, I think.
Still all in all, you did darn good for a bored day at work with temptations. The fruit basket was a really nice thing for your boss to give. Could have brought a 3 lb box of chocolates. Very thoughtful. My boss will bring candy for everyone and sugar free candy for me. I sure like her!
