Accountability-Monday
First day of my vacation and I think I did alright..Actually, I didn't do too bad but I didn't get in all my water..
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, sugar free caramel syrup and butter buds
L: the meat from a chicken leg quarter (about 4 ounces) on a sandwich thin. Actually a sandwich thin that I know is more than the Oroweat variety...so I compensated for the calories. The carbs may be alittle off
D: T-Bone steak. 5 ounces, measured..and it was GOOOOD. mashed potatoes and gravy made from the fat from the steak...yeah, high fat..it was also very good.
Now I could be up for a nice dessert because I bought a NSA Lemon Merangue Pie...The only thing stopping me is that each slice is 290 calories! I'm trying to "save up" for thanksgiving..LOL. I guess.

Calories: 1334
Fat: 43.5
Carbs: 116.4
Protein: 108.5
All in all, not a bad day. I didn't get much exercise and I only got about 2 bottles of water, numerous cups of coffee. I'm thinking I'll have some water for dessert and skip the lemon merangue...LOL.
