cross post: medifast shakes

my husband is on medifast - he thinks he is fat - he isnt - he could probably use to lose 20 -25 pounds - but, not fat by any means

anyway - i tasted one of his shakes today and it was good!  14 grams of protien

have any of you drank these since you had RNY?

how did you tolerate it?

Never had them,  but LOVE the atkins protein shakes.

They are great to have and I keep them in the car for when I get out of the gym.

I get them at walmart and I like the vanilla and the Strawberry.

I dont know how much those shakes cost, but these are pretty reasonable.

I think its 4.99 for 6.
