Hiya ladies!! 
Dawn must be away so I'll post today...
Nothing exciting happened today but it was a good day. I went to church then went back to my moms house with my daughter and had dinner. After dinner, we went grocery shopping at Wal-Mart.  Now, I'm doing a lil homework and checking on yall! 

Sunday's Good Eats..

B: 3 strips of bacon, 1 scrambled egg with cheese, 1/4 cup of hash browns w/ a lil ketchup

S: NOTHING 

L: 1 baked chicken thigh & 1/2 cup of pinto beans ( cleaning out my mom's fridge... .lol)

S: Small peice of bread pudding.. omg, so sweet but sooo good! 

D: 2 slices of meatloaf, 1/4 cup of brown rice and 1/2 cup of steamed broccoli

S: Protein hot chocolate.. 6 oz FF calorie countdown milk, 6 oz of water,  diet hot chocolate, and 1/2 a scoop of protein... YUM

We were on the road all day travelling to California for the holiday. Eating was not the best but I tried to keep it healthy as possible.
0700-protein drink
0900-string cheese
1100-special K bar 10 gm protein but 180 calories
1300-grilled chicken sandwich, top bun removed and a few onion rings.
1500-100 cal Lorna Doone,and an apple
1700-almonds
1900-hot turkey sandwich minus the bread and only a few bites of potatoes
2000-1/2 piece pumpkkin pie no crust

I've been MIA lately..Saturday we went to Olvera Street down in Los Angeles. It's right across the street from Union station so we went on the Metrolink...All very exciting and enlightening. I didn't know I had trouble traveling backwards...hmm. headache. But it was fun and very historic. I also didn't know that the first governor's mansion in California was the Avila Pueblo...interesting.

Anyway, my eats for Sunday:

Protein pancakes (half serving)

Omelet with spinach and bacon (didn't want the bacon so I ate less omelet.) wheat toast

Snack: the other half of the pancakes

Dinner: 1 chicken leg quarter and a half a small baked potato

Dessert: 1/2 cup NSA vanilla ice cream

I vacuumed and cleaned all day long and did alittle shopping too. Wore myself out again after all the walking on Saturday.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
