Last day of work for a while. I have so much I want to get done while I'm off, I started out cranky because I couldn't start right this very minute.
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 4 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds (half serving)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:00 am 2 protein pancakes with sugar free preserves and sour cream
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:00 am 2 protein pancakes with sugar free preserves and sour cream
11:15 am 1/2 can tuna, 1 T relish, 1 sandwich thin
12:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Light Cherry
1:15 pm 1/2 can tuna, 1 T relish without the sandwich thin because I already ate it and 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
2:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Light Cherry
2:45 pm 2 chef jays cookies, chocolate chip oatmeal
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
7:00 pm 1/2 cup tortilla chips, 1 cup chicken tostada, 1/2 margarita
Hmmm. I still didn't do too bad. Not bad at all. I may get a nice hot cup of herb tea before I hit the sack but I'm done with food for the night.

How did you do? I did alright. I'll probably be taking tomorrow off from keeping track. I'll still keep track of what I eat but not the numbers. Time for bed for me..especially after a half a margarita. whoozy and I know it's not good all the time but once a week or once every other week...it's okay, I figure.

L: 3 oz grilled chicken breast w/ lots of hot sauce & small garden salad
D: 1 cup of chili w/ cheese and dallop of ff sour cream
S: Beef Jerky

Well, calm and relaxing is just as good at hectic! For sure. We leave here in about an hour for breakfast and then to the Metrolink station for a train ride to Union Station and then to Olvera Street for some mexican shopping and snacks...then home to collapse...LOL. We've never done this before so wish us luck...I'm alittle aprehensive, to say the least.
Your list sounds great. I'm wondering about the Chocolate milk. is that chocolate added to the milk? If so, I could do that with soy milk? Just wondering.

Calorie Countdown milk comes in Fat free, reduced fat and chocolate. My daughter drinks soy milk and adds the SF chocolate syrup to it for chocolate milk. I haven't tasted it but she drinks it all the time and likes it. Try it! it may be yummy. I wasn't too impressed with soy milk so I went back to calorie countdown milk.
