Accountability - Monday
Totally underwelmed on Monday. Seems I have too much day in my day..LOL. Here's Monday's damage:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 3 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living, Strawberry Banana
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:45 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (I'm freezing in this office!)
9:30 am 3 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds (the other half of breakfast)
10:15 am 10 oz hot herb tea
11:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
1:00 pm 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 1 oz pepper jack cheese, 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 medium tomato chopped, 1 oz french dressing.
2:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:25 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Turbo2Go Fruit Punch
6:00 pm 1 salsbury steak with gravy and mashed potatoes with canned green beans
For dessert, I had a nice warm cup of herb tea and a sugar free sugar cookie (isn't that an oximoron!?)

Not too bad. Of course the 100 calorie cookie isn't in there. How did you do?

HELLO! I ate a lot today. I just couldnt stop snacking..
Early AM: Coffee w/ half n half and splenda
Break: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese and ground beef
Snack: 12 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk
Snack: 3 strips of turkey bacon
Snack: Boiled peanuts
Lunch: Ground beef, refried beans topped with salsa and FF sour cream
Snack: Apple
Snack: Boiled peanuts
Dinner: The last of the seafood.. snow crab legs, shrimp, mussels and 1 small red potato
Snack: 1 slice of cheese
Snack: 8 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk
Snacking seems to be a byproduct of the season...Seems that carbs have a real call on me lately too. For Tuesday, I'll be listing my food without totals too because it's going to be too hard to figure them out...too many fractions and I'm not in the mood. LOL.
Your list looks really good. Too bad the seafood is gone..That's always really good stuff. I really need to buy some fish but I'm afraid I'm cheap and it's not calling too me. If it was calling louder, it wouldn't matter how cheap I am.
