Accountability-Tuesday
Tuesday was a super long, super busy day...meeting at work and then support group after work. budget meetings all day long and auditors here in the office. I'm stressed and my neck muscles are tighter than a drum! I won't be able to give totals because I split some things in half that are hard to divide. But here is the raw data:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 3 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds (half serving)
7:00 am 20 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:00 am 1 oz jack cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 1/2 a breakfast burrito with meat (sausage, bacon and ham); eggs; cheese and half a flour tortilla) not enough potatoes to mention, I scrapped those out.
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wylers Light Cool Raspberry
1:00 pm 1 sandwich thin with veggie patty and dijonnaise dressing
2:00 pm 10 oz Coffee, Gingerbread with splenda and french vanilla SF creamer
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
5:00 pm 1 sandwich thin with salsbury steak
6:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
7:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Way Tropical
8:30 pm Chef Jay oatmeal cookie pack. Ate both of them.
How did you do Tuesday? In our support group we talked about what works. What works is journaling your food, not eating anything at all that is remotely addictive for you and GOING TO SUPPORT...Just coming here is good but support is really REALLY important.
