Wow. Two "Fridays" in one week...Nice! I think splitting those pancakes into thirds works. Takes half the day to eat them but it works better that way. Now to work on the water intake.   5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am 2 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Pink Lemonade
8:10 am 2 protein pancakes with no sugar free syrup (the second batch)
8:45 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
10:00 am 2 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup (dipped in, didn't use it all)
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:55 pm 4 oz chicken breast, 1 oz pepper jack cheese, 1 flour tortilla, 1/2 oz salsa
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch + 12 oz more
2:40 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 10 oz decaf with sugar free syrup
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
6:00 pm buffalo burger patty, Oroweat Sandwich Thin, grilled onions, tomato and dijonnaise
7:00 pm grapefruit, raw

Had I stayed with a lettuce wrap, I'd have saved about 100 calories..oh well. It's "affordable"

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1723
Fat: 77.7
Carbs: 121.3
Protein: 157.3

Not bad at all. high protein, lower carbs..lowest fat. Not bad..

How did you do? Keep reaching for that goal..it's there and anything worth doing is worth the trouble of doing it..Love yourself and GO there.

My nerves got really bad and I smoothed it with food. I put on 16 lbs. Now I got 5 back off and 11 to go. I feel fat and ugly. I don't want to even go out. I don't want to hear anyone tell me you put on some weight. Them are evil words to me.

B nothing

l.. nothing

dinner... smart one noodles.

Got in all my liquids.

But you do need to put on some weight...I have an idea..

Instead of trying to lose that last 11 pounds, wait. hold right there and don't lose or gain. The up and down thing is what we USED to do before surgery. A victory is actually maintaining right where you are for a bit. See if your body might just like it right there.

You might just need to wrap your mind around that weight for a minute and see if maybe you like it.

In any case, find a place where you accept yourself and love yourself. I never loved myself fat or thin...Now I really try and love who I am RIGHT NOW...even if I don't lose or gain another ounce..even if I eat a 1000 carbs in a day.
